Each section loads independently rather than all at once, so an account with heavy conversation history still opens quickly and a slow panel never blocks the rest of the page. Token consumption is broken down per chatbot, per model and per channel rather than reported as a single total, which is what makes it actionable: a user can see that one bot on one domain is responsible for most of their spend and act on it. Every figure is computed from the conversation and message data already in your own database, so there is no external analytics vendor, no tracking script and no customer chat content leaving your infrastructure. Access is controlled by a feature switch and a free-tier toggle.
