All sales are final. Here is exactly why.
A script or plugin is delivered in full the moment your payment clears — source, licence key, and every future release of it. There is nothing to return, so no refunds are issued.
In force from Supersedes all earlier versions
- 01 No refunds
- Once an order is paid the sale is complete and final. Every product, every price, no exceptions on request.
- 02 Because nothing comes back
- You hold the source from the first second. It cannot be recovered, un-read, or verifiably destroyed.
- 03 Faults still get fixed
- A defect in what you bought is repaired free, for as long as we publish it. Repair is the remedy here, not reversal.
All sales are final
By completing checkout you request immediate delivery of digital content and accept that the sale is final on payment. This section is the whole policy; the rest of the page explains how it is applied.
- No refunds, exchanges or credit
- We do not issue refunds, partial refunds, store credit, exchanges or licence swaps on a paid order, whether or not the source has been downloaded.
- Delivery is instantaneous
- Your licence key is issued and the source released the moment the gateway confirms payment. There is no delivery period during which an order could be recalled.
- The asset cannot be returned
- Source code, once released, cannot be taken back, un-read or provably deleted. A reversal would leave you holding everything you paid for.
- Every product, every price
- Scripts, plugins, bundles and all-access purchases are treated identically, at full price or discounted.
Nothing on a product page, in an email, or in a support thread creates a refund entitlement that this page does not give. Only a written variation signed by us can change these terms for a particular order.
What you agree to at checkout
This policy binds because you accept it before paying rather than discovering it afterwards.
- Express request for immediate supply
- In placing an order you expressly request that supply of the digital content begin immediately, rather than after the expiry of any cancellation period.
- Acknowledged loss of the cancellation right
- You acknowledge that once supply has begun you lose any statutory right to cancel or withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Where the law requires such an acknowledgement before that right can be lost, this is it.
- Incorporated into the contract
- This policy and the licence together form your agreement with us. Completing payment records your acceptance of both, as published on the day the payment was taken.
- Shown before purchase, not after
- The acknowledgement sits directly above the pay button at checkout, and every page on this site links here from its footer. We do not hold anyone to terms they were never given the chance to read.
Mandatory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded are unaffected — see the statutory rights section below.
What we do instead of refunds
A final-sale policy is only defensible if the product is genuinely stood behind. This is the half of the bargain that falls on us.
- Defects are repaired
- If something we shipped does not work as described, we fix it in the source and publish the fix. Repair is the remedy for a faulty product here, and it costs you nothing.
- Six months of support included
- Every purchase carries six months of direct support from the date of payment — upgrades, configuration, and defects in the source as shipped — answered by the engineers who wrote the code. It is never withheld or cut short on the grounds that the sale is already final. Installing and deploying the product on your own infrastructure is not part of it.
- Answers before you buy
- Ask anything about scope, stack, licensing or fit before checkout and you will get an honest answer, including when the honest answer is that our product is the wrong choice for you.
The support period is a service window rather than the licence itself. When it ends, your licence, your copy of the source and your right to use it are unaffected; further hands-on help is quoted separately.
If a product genuinely cannot do what its own page claims, and we cannot make it do so, say so. That is a description problem, with its own remedy under the statutory rights section below, rather than a refund request.
Circumstances that are not grounds for reversal
Set out plainly so nobody spends a week assembling a case out of one of them.
- Change of mind
- A cancelled project, a change of stack, a lost client, or simply deciding against it after paying.
- Buying the wrong item
- Selecting the wrong product, the wrong bundle or the wrong quantity at checkout. Ask us first if you are unsure which you need.
- Not having read the description
- Requirements, stack, versions, licence scope and what is and is not included are stated on every product page before purchase.
- Difficulty using it
- These products are built for developers. Trouble deploying, modifying or understanding the source is a support matter, and support is included.
- Your environment
- Incompatibility with your host, operating system, other packages, or a third-party service you depend on.
- Modified source
- Once the code has been altered, its behaviour is no longer something we shipped or can be answerable for.
- Unmet expectations
- Wanting a feature that was never advertised, or expecting a different architecture, design or performance profile.
- Never using it
- Not downloading, deploying or activating a product does not undo the sale. Delivery, not use, completes it.
Payment and billing errors
One narrow exception, and it is not the reversal of a completed sale: it is the correction of money that should never have been taken.
- Duplicate charges
- Charged twice for the same order through a gateway retry or a double submission, we return the surplus in full.
- Wrong amount taken
- Any amount taken above the order total shown at checkout is returned.
- Paid but not delivered
- If a payment is taken and no licence is issued, we either issue it or return the money. Your choice.
Report a billing error within thirty days of the charge, from the account or email address that made it, quoting the order number on your receipt. Corrections go back by the original payment method only.
Chargebacks, abuse and enforcement
Trying to reverse a completed sale by other means is a breach of the licence rather than a route around this page.
- Every dispute is contested
- We defend all chargebacks and payment disputes raised against a delivered order, and supply the gateway with the order record, delivery and payment timestamps, licence issuance, activation history, support correspondence and this policy as accepted at checkout.
- Immediate suspension
- Raising a dispute over a delivered order suspends the account, revokes the licence keys on it and terminates your right to use the source with immediate effect.
- Use after reversal is infringement
- Continuing to hold or deploy a product whose payment has been reversed is unlicensed use, and is treated as an infringement of our copyright.
- Costs are recoverable
- Gateway penalties, bank fees, and our reasonable administrative and legal costs arising from a dispute raised in bad faith are recoverable from you as a debt.
- Repeat and coordinated abuse
- Pattern buying, key sharing followed by a dispute, or several accounts used to obtain the same product, are grounds for permanent refusal of service.
None of this is aimed at anyone with a real problem. Write first: a message gets a same-day answer and usually a fix, where a dispute gets a locked account and a slower ending for both of us.
Statutory rights and governing law
We are not pretending consumer law does not exist. Where it applies and cannot be excluded, it prevails over this page.
- Rights that cannot be excluded
- Nothing here excludes or limits a right you hold that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for digital content that is not of satisfactory quality, not as described, or not fit for a purpose you made known to us before buying.
- Repair or replacement first
- Where such a right applies we provide the remedy the law requires, which for digital content is ordinarily repair or replacement before any reduction in price — precisely what our support and update commitment already delivers.
- Business purchases
- Where you buy in the course of a business rather than as a consumer, consumer protections do not apply and this policy governs in full.
- The version that binds you
- The policy in force for an order is the one published here on the day payment was taken. Revisions are not applied retroactively, in either direction.
If any part of this policy is found unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and forms part of the same agreement as the licence.
Questions about any clause are answered before you buy, not after. That is the point of publishing it in full.
