External Chatbot is the platform's flagship deployable AI product. Users create a chatbot, pick a model from an admin-curated list spanning four vendors, then train it four different ways: crawl a website, upload PDFs, paste raw text, or add explicit question-and-answer pairs for the responses that must be exact. Website crawling reports live progress as it runs and can be stopped mid-crawl, so a user who pointed it at the wrong domain is not stuck waiting. Finished bots get an avatar, an active status and a knowledge base they can revisit and extend.

The commercial controls are unusually granular. Admins decide exactly which GPT, Claude, Gemini and DeepSeek models are available — and that list can be overridden per subscription plan, so a cheap tier gets cheap models and a premium tier unlocks frontier ones. Quotas cap chatbots per user and domains per chatbot, both plan-overridable. There is also a bring-your-own-key mode: switch it on and every user must supply their own vendor credential when creating a chatbot, which moves inference cost off your books entirely and makes an unlimited-style plan viable. Finished bots are embedded on approved domains or connected to messaging channels, with full conversation history retained.
