Channel Broadcast is direct-messaging distribution — it pushes campaigns to the channels where people actually read them rather than hoping for reach in a feed. Each user connects their own destinations with their own credentials, stored encrypted, and can hold as many as they like per channel: several WhatsApp numbers, a dozen Telegram chats, multiple Slack channels. Connect forms are generated from configuration, so each channel asks for exactly the fields it needs with inline help text.

Message formatting is translated into each channel's dialect automatically — plain text, Markdown, Slack mrkdwn or HTML — with per-channel length limits enforced. Media attachments and CTA link buttons are supported wherever the channel allows them, a recurrence scheduler handles repeating sends, and full delivery history is kept per destination. WhatsApp's 24-hour opt-in window and approved-template requirements are surfaced in the UI so users don't discover them the hard way. Broadcasting itself is free; only AI message generation is metered.

Channel Broadcast integrates the official messaging APIs directly: WhatsApp Business Cloud API and the Messenger Platform from Meta, the Telegram Bot API, Slack Incoming Webhooks, and your own SMTP mail transport. AI message generation uses the platform's configured text model — OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude or xAI Grok.
