Drag items to reorder them at the top level or nested under a parent, rename labels, swap icons and deactivate anything your audience does not need. You can also add your own entries — custom links, section labels and dividers — with slugs generated automatically and collisions resolved for you, so the sidebar tells your product story rather than reflecting the default install order.

Two details make it safe to use on a live platform. First, every item is annotated with whether its underlying feature is actually available, so you cannot accidentally publish a menu entry that leads to a plugin you have not enabled. Second, the builder distinguishes original items from custom ones, which means the entries that ship with the platform stay identifiable even after you have renamed and reordered them — and both the admin and user navigations are managed from the same screen. Reordering happens over AJAX, handling top-level and nested moves separately, so the tree stays consistent rather than flattening.
