The Telegram extension is the fastest channel on the platform to set up. The user pastes a bot name and token, which is validated against Telegram immediately; if it checks out, the webhook is registered automatically — including a secret token so inbound requests are authenticated, and a clean start that drops stale pending updates rather than replaying a backlog of old messages at the new bot.

That automation removes the step where most channel integrations lose people: nobody has to find a webhook URL, paste it into a third-party console, or work out why verification failed. From the moment the token is accepted, the chatbot answers Telegram messages using the same knowledge base it already uses on the website. Channel quotas are enforced against the number of Telegram channels already connected, with a global limit for free users and a per-plan allowance for subscribers.
