Users build an agent through a four-step wizard — system prompt, opening line, language, voice and model — then train it four ways: crawl a URL, upload a PDF, paste text or add explicit question-and-answer pairs. Training content is embedded and retrieved by semantic similarity, then synced to the agent, so answers come from the user's own material rather than general knowledge. The finished agent ships as a customisable widget that visitors on any external site can talk to over a live connection.
